In 1998, Gail earned a degree in psychology with an emphasis in sport psychology and has spent the past ten years working with numerous individuals, teams, and coaches in the area of mental skills training.
Gail’s work with athletes is as a teacher, coach, mentor and resource and is directed primarily towards performance enhancement. Although this may also include methods for effectively managing some “off the field” and life issues as they affect and relate to performance.
Her goal is to provide her athletes with useful sport psychology information and as many mental tools as possible, so they’re able to thrive and excel in their sports.
