Coach Harry grew up in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was an All-League, four-sport athlete, playing football, basketball, track, and golf. He went on to play D1AA Football for Georgetown University, while earning a B.S. in Human Science, Pre-Med. After some time teaching 7th Grade Science and working at Columbia University Medical Center as a research technician, he began his career as a Sports Performance Coach. Harry has completed internships at Edge Performance Systems and Champion PT and Performance under Brian McDonough, and Dr. Mike Reinold, respectively, where he was able to work with NFL, NHL, MLB, collegiate, and high school athletes.
Harry moved to Denver in January 2019, eager to join the Landow team. He is certified CSCS through the NSCA and is a certified Sports Nutrition Coach, Pn1, through Precision Nutrition. Harry coaches’ athletes of all ages and is currently the Head Sports Performance Coach for the Northfield Nighthawks powered by Landow Performance. Harry prioritizes movement quality and efficiency in the weight room and on the field, while taking a holistic approach to teaching athletes how to take care of their bodies outside of the gym.
