Riglie grew up in Northern Colorado and graduated from Mead High School where she played Volleyball, Basketball and ran Track and Field. She was the first athlete in the school history to compete in 3 Sports all 4 years of high school. After going through an ACL injury her senior year, Riglie wanted to work with athletes to help them avoid sports ending injuries like she had.
Riglie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University with a concentration in Health Promotion. Riglie then completed a 600 hour internship process with Landow Performance before being hired on in May of 2017. Before joining Landow Performance in 2017, Riglie worked for 4 years for a diverse range of organizations, including Rocky Mountain High School Football Strength and Conditioning, CSU Youth Sports Camps, and many others.
Riglie’s role at Landow Performance is working with a range of athletes from young athletes, high school, college and professional, providing every person with an environment that is motivating and successful in helping them reach their fitness goals in life or sport. Riglie helps out with MMA/combat sport athletes and also helps out with NFL Combine/ Pro day group. Riglie is also one of four coaches that are contracted with Regis Jesuit High School to do all boys and girls sports performance training. She has worked with athletes ranging from field hockey, lacrosse, softball/baseball, basketball, rugby, track and field and many others. She is also currently working on getting her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification to further her education.
