Ryan has personal experience with returning from injury, as he ran track in high school and dealt with recurring hip injuries throughout his sports career. He took this as a challenge to learn more about the human movement system and use what he learned to help others continue doing what they love for physical activity. He is relentlessly passionate about helping others grow stronger, more powerful, and able to do the things they enjoy in life by working with them on nutrition, training, and mental fortitude.
These are things he has learned along the way of helping others, to be what really creates top performance, in any aspect of life.
Ryan has experience with athletics and general fitness within Texas A&M University, Michael Johnson Track & Field Performance Center, Children’s Health Hospital, Toyota & PepsiCo Corporate Wellness, UChealth- Steadman Hawkins Orthopedic Clinic, and now within Landow Performance.
