Sam graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona with a Bachelor’s of Science in Fitness and Wellness in December of 2020. She grew up in the world of professional sports in her hometown of Chandler, Arizona and attended Hamilton High School.
Sam played a variety of sports from an early age up until high school. She finally gave up team athletics to follow her true passion of dance, mainly focusing on contemporary and hip hop. She danced continuously from age 3 to 17 and stopped only due to an unexpected injury.
Sam was the President of the Athletic Training Club at her high school, as well as completed a rigorous internship in Strength and Conditioning from Northern Arizona University. During her internship at NAU she worked with the following collegiate athletic teams: Football, Swimming, Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball and Track.
She also recently completed the Landow Performance Internship Program where she greatly expanded her knowledge base and overall application of athletic performance. She will be certified with her (CSCS) Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist in March 2021. Sam is also CPR and First Aid certified and always looking out for her client’s well-being.
Sam truly cares about people and helping them reach their fitness and athletic goals while reducing the risk of injury and gaining strength. She is patient, knowledgeable, an extremely hard worker and dependable. Her desire is to create individualized programs to meet the needs of her clients, in the areas they desire to excel in.
