Whitney has been a Sports Performance Coach since 2014. She is also the NFL Combine & Pro Day Training Coordinator at Landow Performance. After completing an internship under Loren Landow, she continued her career with Coach Landow. Whitney earned her B.S degree at Metropolitan State University of Denver with a major in Adult Fitness & Exercise Science and a minor in Sport Psychology. After graduation, she obtained a Certified Personal Training Certificate (CPT) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Her sport background is in gymnastics and cheerleading. She spent 13 years as a competitive gymnast in USAG and then transitioned into All-Star competitive cheerleading toward the end of her gymnastics career.
Upon finishing her sport career Whitney taught a recreational and competitive gymnastics team for 5 years and also coached a High School gymnastics team as well. During her time as a coach, she created a love and passion for strength and conditioning. It was important to her to know how to train her athletes correctly while helping make them stronger and better at their sport.
Whitney works with a wide variety of athletes and adult population clients. From her specialty in gymnastics, dance and cheer to a multitude of other sports such as: swimming, softball, lacrosse, field hockey, and cycling.
Whitney is looking toward furthering her sport performance career by studying and obtaining a Muscle Activation Technique Specialist Certification and also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the NSCA.
