Wil grew up in Parker, CO and graduated high-school from Chaparral High School. As a Junior and Captain on the team, Wil and his team won the 5a State Basketball Championship. After high-school, Wil went on to attend Colorado State University to receive his Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Exercise Science.
Upon finishing his degree, Wil was honored to do an internship with Landow Performance and began helping to train athletes of all ages and skill levels. After finishing this internship – Wil was offered a position with the Denver Broncos as a Strength and Conditioning / Nutrition Assistant. Wil spent two years in this position – working to build relationships as well as optimize performance and health with elite level athletes. Upon the conclusion of the 2019-2020 season, Wil returned to Landow Performance and is working with athletes of all levels in multiple sports, including several collegiate and professional level athletes.
Wil is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as a certified Pre-Script Level 1 coach – with a focus on building a solid physiological structure of mobility and stability to then increase functional strength. Wil not only loves helping athletes increase speed, power, strength, and movement patterns; but aims to build authentic and lasting relationships with all of his athletes.
